MY NURSE FIRST will provide a quote for SERVICE based on an Organization's or Company's requirements. Our very competitive pricing model for small, medium, and large organizations will be clearly explained and agreed to prior to the performance of SERVICE. MY NURSE FIRST follows a standard of Net 30 days for satisfaction of all authorized invoices (invoices for which a corresponding Purchase Order has been issued).

Terms of Service
MY NURSE FIRST is a unique provider of healthcare management and advocacy services (“Services”) whose mission is to help you navigate the healthcare system and ensure you know what you need to know regarding healthcare coverage. MY NURSE FIRST helps you manage and maintain your information and provide experienced nursing guidance to arm you with the knowledge you need to make the most informed decisions for you and your family’s health and welfare. We will advocate for you with your insurance company to resolve billing errors and disputes, and help reconcile outstanding medical bills as well as provide information and resources regarding healthcare options and alternatives available to you. Refer to Strategies and Solutions for detailed service descriptions.
MY NURSE FIRST provides services for people of all ages, however an adult of at least eighteen years old who can enter into legally binding contracts is required for signature of this Membership Agreement.
Member Information Release Authorization
Our Members will receive the best advocacy and service when they provide complete information. Members may be asked to complete a MY NURSE FIRST Information Release Authorization form. This will allow MY NURSE FIRST registered nurses to obtain your medical information when serving as your advocate in dealings with physician’s offices, insurance carriers, and any other providers of your healthcare. It is each Member’s responsibility to inform MY NURSE FIRST of pertinent changes in your medical status, upcoming surgical or similar interventions or treatments, or changes in your insurance carrier coverage(s). To provide guidance during a medical emergency, MY NURSE FIRST encourages all Members to contact or arrange to have MY NURSE FIRST contacted at the earliest opportunity. Any and all Information pertaining to all Members will be stored and maintained in strict HIPAA compliance.
Term of Service and Payment
Active Membership begins when your payment is processed. Our Service Fee may be paid online, by credit card, check, or money order. We will then schedule an Intake Interview with your MY NURSE FIRST Registered Nurse to complete the intake process and answer any questions you may have, or discuss and prioritize your business related issues. Services will be provided to you for a period of one (1) calendar year from date of enrollment. Membership will be automatically renewed seven (7) days prior to the completion of the current years’ term. All Members who have entered into contract may discontinue MY NURSE FIRST Membership at their discretion with written notification.Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold harmless MY NURSE FIRST, as well as any member, manager, officer, employee, or other agent of the Company, or was serving at the request of the Company as a director, manager, officer, employee, or other agent of another limited liability company, corporation, partnership, joint venture, trust, or other enterprise, against expenses, judgments, fines, settlements, and other amounts actually and reasonably incurred by such a Person in connection with any such proceeding, if such Person acted in good faith and in a manner that such Person reasonably believed to be in the best interest of the Company, and, in the case of a criminal proceeding, such Person had no reasonable cause to believe that the Person’s conduct was unlawful. The termination of any proceedings by judgment, order, settlement, conviction, or upon a plea of nolo contender or its equivalent, shall not, of itself, create a presumption that the Person did not act in good faith and in a manner that such Person reasonably believed to be in the best interests of the Company, or that the Person had a reasonable cause to believe that the Person’s conduct was unlawful.
Right of Cancellation
MY NURSE FIRST exclusively reserves the right to discontinue from the sale of any product or service, or amend any product or service described in this agreement if it is deemed, at MY NURSE FIRST’s sole discretion, that it is necessary to do so.
Trademarks
All trademarks, logos, and other banner and associated artwork or symbols are the sole property of MY NURSE FIRST and will not be reproduced for whatever reason. No Rights, or usage or such trademarks are inferred in the execution of this agreement.
Entire Agreement
The Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and MY NURSE FIRST and supersede and previous agreement, either written or oral. If any part of the Terms of Service is held as invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be construed in a manner consistent with applicable laws to reflect, as nearly as possible, the original intentions of the parties, and the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.Conflict Resolution
MY NURSE FIRST is your front line watchdog, guardian, and advocate for your health, the health of your spouse and dependents. We encourage you to talk to us if you ever feel the service you receive does not meet your expectation. All Member information will be kept in strictest confidence. We hold your right to privacy in the highest respect and will always treat your information, both online and off, as your personal property. All information is maintained in accordance and compliance with the Health Information Privacy and Portability Act (HIPAA). All information we gather from, and distribute to, your care team, is done so only with your explicit authorization. We are sensitive to delicate issues related to health and healthcare and your MY NURSE FIRST Registered Nurse will keep all information shared in the highest confidence. We take all precautions to ensure all information we receive from Members is kept secure from unauthorized access and we do not share your information with anyone other than those you designate.Applicable Law
This agreement shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland. If any provision of this agreement is determined by any court of competent jurisdiction or arbitrator to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable to any extent, that provision shall, if possible, be construed as though more narrowly drawn, if a narrower construction would void such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability or, if that is not possible, such provision shall, to the extent of such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability, be severed, and the remaining provisions of this agreement shall remain in effect.
Warranty of Service(s)
MY NURSE FIRST maintains continuing education and professional development of all staff and ensures that all information related to conditions, medications, social factors, and associated factors of documented disorders, medications, and treatment plans, are thoroughly and professionally researched prior to any information, suggestions, or other considerations being shared with you. You assume full responsibility for the use of the information consolidated through the service(s). Due to the possibility of human error and the possibility of mechanical or technical failure, you will hold harmless all MY NURSE FIRST Managers, owners, staff, employees, contractors, or agents responsible for any implied warranty of any kind including representation about its accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness for a particular purpose. You agree that our website will be available on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
Terms of Use
MY NURSE FIRST is intended for use for residents using the service(s) in the fifty (50) United States, inclusive of Commonwealths, and the District of Columbia. Services are not currently appropriate or applicable to those residing outside the United States and are not currently offered through this agreement.
Your First Line of Defense
MY NURSE FIRST is not affiliated with any insurance carrier, medical practice, healthcare system or other third party provider. We are objective. We only serve your best interests, because we work for you - your care and treatment is our only priority.MY NURSE FIRST does not provide or replace your healthcare insurance coverage, but we can intercede on your behalf for the financial fairness of your healthcare benefits.
MY NURSE FIRST does not replace regular medical care and is not a substitute for the consultation and care of doctors and other health care providers. As your Advocate, we do not treat or diagnose. We make your healthcare experience more effective and reasonable.
